Your instrument responses are confidential. They are shared only with the practitioner who invited you to complete the instrument — and with no one else without your explicit consent.

When you complete an instrument, we collect:
We do not collect payment card details (handled by Stripe). We do not collect sensitive personal data in the legal sense — instrument responses are not medical records or clinical diagnoses.
Your data is used solely to generate your instrument report and make it available to you and your practitioner. It is not used for any other purpose. Specifically:
The Shadow Profile and Leadership Inquiry use an AI language model to generate qualitative interpretive reports from your open-format responses. Your responses are sent to Anthropic's API (the provider of the AI system) solely for this purpose and are not used to train AI models. Reports are reviewed by your practitioner before use in a facilitated context. The AI system operates within a theoretically specified framework; it does not produce clinical diagnoses or personnel recommendations.
Your data is retained for three years from the date of completion, unless you or your practitioner request earlier deletion. After three years, your responses and report are permanently deleted. Your name and email address may be retained for longer as part of programme records, unless you request their deletion.

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL). The database is hosted on a secured server accessible only to authorised personnel. Practitioners can only access data for their own clients. The platform undergoes regular security review.
The instrument pages do not use tracking cookies. The practitioner portal uses a session cookie to maintain your login. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are used.
Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
We will notify practitioners of material changes to this policy by email. The current version is always available at this URL.
